Terms & Conditions of our Christmas giveaway - Win an oufit with HEIGHT-OF-FASHION.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.

1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand aged over 18 years old.
3. The competition commences on Sunday 17th December 2017 at 12am(AEDST) and concludes on Monday 18th December 8pm (AEDST).
4. To enter the competition participants must;
   1. Tag a tall female friend in the comments section of the competition Instagram post, and ensure they are following Jeanswest on Instagram @Jeanswest.
   2. Ensure their profile is set to public so the entry is visible.
5. An entry must not refer to racial issues, sexual connotations, personal or public slander, or brand names; nor should it include people’s full names or personal details.
6. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
7. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
8. Entrants in the competition may enter more than once by tagging a different friend in a separate comment.
9. Jeanswest will choose the winner at random.
10. The cost of accessing Instagram will be dependent on the entrant's individual Internet Service Provider.
11. The total prize pool value is $180 AUD. This is for The Knock ‘Um Dead Midi Dress in a size XS up to an XL. There is only one winner.
12. Entries close on Tuesday 7^th November 12am (AEDST).All entries will go into a draw and the winner will be chosen at random by the Height-Of-Fashion Marketing team. The winner will be announced via Height-Of-Fashion's Instagram page, where Height-Of-Fashion will tag them in a post on Wednesday 8^th November at 4pm (AEDST). The details will also be published on Height-Of-Fashion website upon the winner claiming their prize.
13. The winner will need to contact Height-Of-Fashion via private message on Instagram to claim their prize, and discuss how they can redeem their prize which will be sent via Australia Post.

1. To be applicable for entry into wining a HEIGHT-OF-FASHION dress worth $180, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the competition and draw which are: 

• Follow us on Instagram (www.instagrm.com/height.of.fashion) 
• If you received ourSeptember 1st email then you must share this with 3 tall friends by clicking the SHARE WITH FRIEND button listed in the email* or:
• Tag three tall female friends in our WIN A DRESS competition post on Instagram or Facebook

**By signing up to www.height-of-fashion.com coming soon page, you are agreeing to receiving Height-Of-Fashion email communications. You will be prompted through a number of verification and confirmation stages to ensure legislation and privacy protection is met. 

If at any stage a consumer no longer wants to receive communications for Height-Of-Fashion they can unsubscribe to our communications and they will be unsubscribed from our welcome or sign up email list. Alternatively if any consumers wish to unsubscribe directly then they can email natalie@height-of-fashion.com and they will immediately be removed from this list.  

2. The competition trade rules are as follows:

• The competition will run from 1st September until 21st September 2017.
• The competition will be drawn in Richmond, Melbourne, Australia on 22nd September 2017.  
• Successful entrants will be drawn at random and 1 entrant will be notified by email on 22nd September.
• The winning entrant will be asked for size requirements which must be within Height-Of-Fashion's size range of XS -XL (AU 8-18 or US 4-14).
• The winning entrant will have the garment sent to their home address all free of charge.
• The winning entrant will be sent the garment 2-5 day after draw and will receive this within 28 days from draw. 
• Height-Of-Fashion will email the winning entrant and ask for permission to publish their name, picture and win on their website after 23rd September 2017. The entrant has every right to refuse to be published and there is no obligation, however, this request will be granted if specified via email. 
• The winner of a prize may only be substituted via a second draw if the winner refuses to accept prize or does not respond to win via email after 14 days, and if reasonable efforts were made to identify the winner that were unsuccessful.
• A trade promotion lottery must be conducted in a manner that is not offensive and that is not contrary to the public interest
• A prize may only be substituted if the substituted prize is of the same or greater value than the original prize and the winner either agrees in writing, or the original prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the person conducting the trade promotion lottery and reasonable attempts are made to reach agreement with the winner that are unsuccessful.

3. It is free to enter the competition and no monetary value is taken or expected from entrant or participating consumers.
