How do I contact customer care?

You can email customerservice@height-of-fashion.com or fill in our Contact Form. We will try our best to respond within 24 hours. If you haven't received a response within 24-48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.

Will I receive a confirmation email about my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first before emailing customerservice@height-of-fashion.com

My order won't go through. What should I do? 

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

If you continue to receive error messages, please send us and email the address below and we'll do what we can to help. 

Shipping within Australia

Shipping will be via Australia Standard Post.

Orders placed on a business day before 12pm (AEST time) are usually shipped that same day. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-6 business days depending on your destination.

Shipping Internationally

We ship to all international destinations.

International delivery can vary depending on the country, however we estimate between 7-14 days for delivery. If you have not received your ordered items within this time frame, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. 

Will I receive a shipping confirmation email? 

Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

I just placed an order, can I add another item to it?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. You'll have to place a new order to secure the item. However, provided we haven't already shipped your item, then we might be able to adjust and post all together. Please email us on the above address in these occasions and we'll do all we can to help.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays in Victoria. Shipping times may vary due to delivery destination and country.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be issued with a refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.

Back in stock, or coming soon sign up? 

This feature allows customers to sign up to receive an automatic email notification when an item is available, re-stocked, or for pre-order as at the earliest convenience (this will be clearly outlined in bold font 'PRE-ORDER or COMING SOON ). This is an automated system and we cannot always guarantee that in heavy traffic periods, when you visit the website, the product will still be available - it really is a 'first in, best dressed' scenario, so be quick when you receive these hot off the press updates. Our apologies in advance, if you receive a re-stock notification and you are unable to complete your purchase.

I'm in love with something thats out of stock in my size, what can I do?

Our items and sizes are limited so if it's out of stock in your size, please let us know you want it by filling in the NOTIFY ME button on the product page, enter your email and we'll shoot you an email ASAP when it's back in stock, if there is enough demand for it.

I'm unsure about a size and have a fit question?

We have a Size Guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about an item that are not already mentioned in "product page description" section, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@height-of-fashion.com

How do I use a gift card online and how long are they valid for?

To use your gift card online you simply need to enter the code (letters and numbers will be included) on the back of your gift card which is below the barcode. The gift card amount will be deducted off your order total but does not cover any postage costs.

Gift cards are valid for one year.

I entered a discount code and it didn't work

The discount code may be expired or you did not click the APPLY button next to where you entered the code. Please ensure you enter the code exactly as it appears, they are case sensitive. Once your order has been placed we cannot apply the discount code to your order 

What is your returns policy?

Any return of products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy

I'm an international customer, can I return items?

Yes you can return items for provided all conditions of the returned garment meet our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

Absolutely, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a refund or or exchanged  provided it's unworn, without defects and in it's resalable condition. We are unable to process exchanges however if you would like another size or style, you are able to re-purchase the garment online and then return the unwanted garment for a refund. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For our full Return & Exchange Policy.

The tracking number for my order isn't showing any updates?

Tracking updates are only available for certain countries. Please allow ample time for your parcel to be processed through your national customs department before you can expect tracking updates to appear on your national postal service website. Please contact your local post office for further details if tracking is not available online in your destination country. 

What currency is my Purchase Price?

All prices on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.

There are products missing from my order.

Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at customerservice@height-of-fashion.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.

Do you have any physical stores?

No, unfortunately we are an online retail suppler only but, we do ship worldwide.

How secure is my online payment?

We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular account payments through PayPal and ZipPay
