At Height-Of-Fashion we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the order date and we will issue a store credit note or exchange it for another size, colour or item that is of the same value, provided it is in stock. No questions asked
What is your returns policy? Height-Of-Fashion offer returns on all full priced items within 30 days of delivery for an online credit with a 12 month use expiry. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order).
Height-Of-Fashion has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.
Sale items, bodsuits/one-piece, swimwear, underwear and pierced jewellery are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.
How do I request a return? If for any reason your order is not quite right, please either use the returns slip on the back of your order form to return the item, or simply contact us within 30 days to discuss.

product/s you are wanting to return & reason
if you want an exchange, what size or alternative product you want
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Height-Of-Fashion are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
Can I exchange my item? We do offer exchanges as Height-Of-Fashion but only if we have the item stock. We can only reserve items for exchange for up to 3 days.
If I make a purchase using a discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return? If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return and store credit.
My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do? Firstly we are so sorry about this. We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
Gift cards Cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
