HEIGHT-OF-FASHION INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store within 28 days from the tracked date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense, If the item(s) you wish to return is faulty or not as ordered, please contact customerservice@height-of-fashion.com before posting your return.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Height-of-Fashion.
Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Your refund will be credited back in Australian AUD at the current exchange rate.
Change of Mind Returns
At Height-of-Fashion we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase or ordered the wrong item we will refund the purchase price of the item provided that:
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Height-of-Fashion reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund on change of mind items. Height-of-Fashion will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase for change of mind returns.
We regret that we are unable to accept a return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:
Gift cards cannot be refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Any items returned as part of a Discount or Promotion will be refunded or exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by Height-of-Fashion, not the original full price.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item was not what you ordered, please contact us email us at customerservice@height-of-fashion.com to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution. It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you have purchased and that you experience excellent customer service. However, if you return an item to Height-of-Fashion without having first contacted us and provided us with an opportunity to offer you an appropriate solution you may have to bear the cost of returning the item to us.
Requesting a return
To return an item(s) from your order and obtain a refund, please print off the Return Request Form and fill in the required fields and send with your parcel to the online returns address listed below along with your Height-of-Fashion receipt/invoice.

A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
